If the message comes from Windows Messenger Service means you are exposed to a serious attack from the network.
To be able to stop this attack must follow these steps :
-Disconnect your Internet
-install a firewall (XP SP2 is very good found on the Web)
-install an updated antivirus
-Do a scan-emergency;
If it does not get rid of this message must follow these steps
Open START > RUN
type in the run dialog box : services.msc
Click to messenger and then click to DISABLED and STOP.
